Include payment fees, refunds, support time, replacements and marketing cost—not only the wholesale credit price.
Define who handles setup, outages, device compatibility, renewals and after-hours live-event issues.
Confirm content rights, local rules, processor policies and record-keeping obligations with qualified advisers.
Start with a limited number of test customers and document onboarding time, recurring questions, failure handling and real gross margin. Do not make uptime or content promises you cannot independently verify.
