If one channel fails while others play normally, save the channel name and time and report that specific feed.

Move closer to the router or test Ethernet. Pause downloads and disconnect one busy device before testing again.
Close the player, restart the streaming device and router, then retry without changing several settings at once.
If the same account and channel work elsewhere, focus on the original device, storage, app version or Wi-Fi connection.
Contact support when the same stream fails on multiple devices and connections, or when a group of channels stopped together. Include the channel, time, device, player and troubleshooting already completed.
